Please note all orders will be printed within 10 working days of order confirmation.  Confirmation is when we agree the artwork is print ready.

UK Deliveries shipped on a next day delivery service, by either: APC, UPS, UK Mail or Royal Mail.

European Deliveries are usually delivered within 2-7 working days and ship with either: TNT, DHL, UPS or Royal Mail.

We only offer rush job deliveries to UK customers and they include an extra fee.  Rush jobs are guaranteed delivery within 5 working days of placing an online order. We do not offer rush jobs on our embroidery services.  If for any reason we cannot make the guaranteed delivery date we will contact you immediately and try to work something out, or offer a full refund if your needs cannot be met,
